Practice PT's finest skills as a Clinical Director when you join the team celebrating our 28th year: Founded in 1984, nominated as Entrepreneur of the Year in Health Care by Ernst & Young, we care for all areas of orthopedics: Physical Therapy, Aquatic Therapy, and Hand Therapy. Located on 19th Avenue just south of Northern Ave. in Phoenix, AZ, this opportunity has just opened to lead our physical therapy team in a hands-on, fun atmosphere. Job Requirements


Education, training, experience:
Minimum 2 years, manual orthopedic preferred with demonstrated leadership skills and ability to supervise and be an actively treating therapist, and contribute to the growth of the business. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy. Requires flexibility on Mondays through Thursdays to accommodate patient working population and workers compensation schedules, however Fridays are "free" to enjoy every weekend. Use our three-day weekends to soak in our average of 300 sunshine days per year with the average of 31% humidity. Documentation must be timely and meet authorization requirements to ensure reimbursement. AZ license or immediate eligibility required. Must be able to be credentialed by CAQH, Medicare and our network of private practices.
