- Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
Description
We are hiring one, full-time physical therapist at our Uptown and Greenwood Village locations with an ideal start date of late September 2025, with flexibility for the best candidate. A strong orthopaedic background and dry needling experience are required, pelvic health and chronic pain experience preferred. This is also the base location for our residency program and any interest in participation in this will also be considered.

Our anticipated starting base wages are negotiable between $80,000-87,000 per year depending on experience, with bonus pay and profit sharing activated after completion of our mentorship program and onboarding, and paid per pay period. For candidates with significantly more experience (5+ years) and interested in being on a leadership and teaching track, higher salaries are negotiable. We are open to new graduates.
Movement upwards in our company is tailored to the individual, transparent and supported by lead physical therapists, the company owner and our company leadership and development coach with training in recruiting, leadership and team dynamics, and career development.
Our culture is to provide 1:1 care, one hour appointments, private treatment rooms for your patients, paid documentation time, business and leadership support to help you achieve bonuses and grow your practice within N2 in the direction you choose, and hour long paid weekly mentoring and team meetings for additional support. Our teams train for the achievement of work life harmony and outside hours of your planned and set schedule are not expected or encouraged. N2 provides a full administrative team and billing support team to support billing insurances for our clients out of network and in network when we take the insurance, support a full schedule, and minimize burden to the provider.
Our in house training programs (initial and ongoing) meet COAPTA criteria to satisfy points toward renewal every two years. These are placed on your schedule immediately and your training will be paid for, and on your paid time.
