Description: This is a 8-hour shift 5 days each week, with the shift schedule being from 08:00-17:00 total of 40 hours per week. . Physical Therapist with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and 2 professional references. The all-inclusive hourly pay rate for this position is $55.03/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $36.95/hr, along with a per diem of $18.08/hr. *Work Location - 1675 Leahy St, Muskegon, MI, 49442.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Physical Therapist Michigan state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Physical Therapist program
• One year of work experience as Physical Therapist
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified

• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.

• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform initial and on-going assessments of patient's condition.
• Establish, revise and evaluate a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involve the patient/family.

• Oversee activities of physical therapy assistants, students and other support personnel.
