We are seeking two Physical Therapists with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree (or qualifying prior PT degree) for our Vineland and Mullica Hill locations. We are looking for dedicated, compassionate, and qualified professionals who can provide comprehensive treatment programs while fostering a supportive, open, and trust-based environment for both patients and colleagues. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a thriving outpatient orthopedic clinic that emphasizes evidence-based practices, manual therapy techniques, and functional interventions. Core responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a wide range of orthopedic conditions
- Utilize evidence-based practices and manual therapy techniques to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide functional interventions that promote patient mobility and improve quality of life
- Collaborate with a team of therapists to share knowledge, improve skills, and deliver the best patient care
- Educate and empower patients to take an active role in their recovery process
- Maintain accurate timely patient documentation and progress notes
- Contribute to the growth and success of the clinic by supporting a positive and open workplace culture
- Handle and transport medical equipment and supplies, requiring lifting and carrying of items up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend and squat to assist patients and access supplies
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Physical Therapy
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy License or eligibility for licensure required; applicants requiring sponsorship for transfer of a Pennsylvania License will be considered
- New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply
- Strong clinical knowledge with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Ability to interact with patients of various backgrounds
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Passionate about providing exceptional care and working with patients to achieve their goals
