Landmark Physical Therapy is a private, therapist owned, physical therapy company specializing in outpatient treatments. Specialities include sports therapy, pre & post surgical rehab, and injury diagnosis. We also offer the LSVT BIG therapy for Parkinson's patients. Established in 2012, we have been named by Ranking Arizona as one of the top physical therapy companies in the valley.
We believe that physical therapy is best delivered by licensed physical therapists. Our therapists work directly with each patient and oversee their entire care. We do not employ techs or aids to deliver therapy services. Because of this, our therapists see less patients per day and have the ability to make a difference in their patients lives.

Company History
Landmark Physical Therapy was established in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2012. Mark DiSalvo, owner and CEO, has always believed in one-on-one care and hands-on therapy. He created Landmark Physical Therapy based on five core principals:
